Living on the border…Karen likes to think of it as the best of both worlds, raised in Cullman County, she now lives just across the county line in Morgan County (in the small town of Eva).

After graduating from Fairview High School (go Aggies!) she set out on a path that sent her on an accounting career spanning twenty years. This obviously explains her obsession with crossing every “t” and dotting every “i”.

Being a “by the book” kind of gal has worked well for Karen. She is consistently a Multi-Million Dollar producer and has lined her shelves with numerous achievement awards. However, her ultimate goal is to help you achieve your dreams, by selecting the property that is a perfect fit for you and your family. She works equally hard on the selling side, bringing customers top dollar for their homes & property.

Karen’s family, husband, two sons, daughter-in-law and three “adorable” grandchildren, occupy her heart and most of her leisure time.
